Esercizio 29

Nel disegno si vede un conduttore a forma di anello rettangolare di base \( b = 40\,\text{cm} \) ed altezza \( h = 25\,\text{cm} \), immerso in un campo magnetico.

Quale forza elettromotrice viene indotta nei seguenti casi:

  • (a) \( \vec{B} = \left(4 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m}}\right) y \hat{k} \)
  • (b) \( \vec{B} = \left(6 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{s}}\right) \hat{k} \)
  • (c) \( \vec{B} = \left(8 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) y t \hat{k} \)
  • (d) \( \vec{B} = \left(3 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) x t \hat{j} \)
  • (e) \( \vec{B} = \left(5 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) y t \hat{i} \)

Soluzione

Per avere una forza elettromotrice indotta, il campo deve essere perpendicolare al circuito, con una componente variabile nel tempo.

(a)

\(
\vec{B} = \left(4 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m}}\right) y \hat{k}
\)

\( V = -\frac{d\phi}{dt} = -S \frac{dB}{dt} \) ma \( \frac{dB}{dt} = 0 \Rightarrow V = 0 \)

(b)

\(
\vec{B} = \left(6 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{s}}\right) \hat{k}
\) \(
|V| = \frac{d\phi}{dt} = S \frac{dB}{dt} = (0{,}4 \cdot 0{,}25) \cdot 0{,}06 = 6\,\text{mV}
\)

Il verso della forza elettromotrice è orario, come indicato dalla regola della mano destra.

(c)

\(
\vec{B} = \left(8 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) y t \hat{k}
\) \(
\phi = 0{,}4 \cdot 0{,}08 t \int_0^{0{,}25} y dy = 0{,}4 \cdot 0{,}08 t \cdot \frac{y^2}{2} \Bigg|_0^{0{,}25} = 10^{-3} t
\) \(
\Rightarrow V = \frac{d\phi}{dt} = \frac{d(10^{-3} t)}{dt} = 10^{-3} \Rightarrow V = 1\,\text{mV}
\)

Il verso della f.e.m. è orario per le stesse ragioni del caso precedente.

(d)

\(
\vec{B} = \left(3 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) x t \hat{j}
\)

Il flusso concatenato alla spira è nullo perché il campo non ha componente lungo \( \hat{k} \) → \( V = 0 \)

(e)

\(
\vec{B} = \left(5 \cdot 10^{-2} \,\frac{T}{\text{m} \cdot \text{s}}\right) y t \hat{i}
\)

Anche in questo caso \( \vec{B} \perp \hat{k} \) → \( \phi = 0 \Rightarrow V = 0 \)
